This Federation cottage, named Avon, at 145 Coronation Parade, Strathfield South was built during the mid-1920s and was home to the Austin family.
Oldsmobile v Roller
In November 1959 this oldsmobile collided with a council street roller on Liverpool Road, Strathfield South. The tennis courts were replaced the following year with the Enfield Bowling Centre.
