In accordance with new State legislation, Council’s Fees and Charges for this financial year 2021/2022 have been updated.

The update is due to a change in fees regarding Development matters. These fees are legislated by the State and not set by Council.

Additionally, the legislation does not require Council to advertise the change in fees.
