Request for Tender No: 15.2022

Description: Strathfield Council invites tenders for appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Masterplan Plan for the North Homebush area within the Strathfield LGA.  More specifically the area is defined as the Homebush Precinct, within the Parramatta Road Corridor Urban Transformation Strategy (PRCUTS), including the Homebush Frame Area and is expanded to include the residential precinct west of Sydney Markets.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 27 October 2022 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

(Preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 22 November 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
