Request for EOI 05.2024 – EOI – Mobile Licence Plate Recognition Technology (MLPR), Infringement Issuance, and Online Digital Parking Permit Management Software

Description: The purpose of this EOI is to seek interest from suitably qualified parking enforcement and permit management software and hardware providers. Software must integrate with Councils Parking Enterprise Management System (PEMS) and the Duncan NG Paid Parking Meters whilst meeting key criteria as specified within EOI request.

Obtaining Documentation: EOI documents is available from 03 May 2024 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield.

Lodgement: EOI may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield or by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: EOI submitted through by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Requests for Further Information: Further information can be obtained by utilising Tenderlink and the Tenderlink Forum [not for lodgements]

 Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 4.00pm on 13 May 2024.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
