EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR COMMUNITY NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS TO LICENCE OFFICE SPACE

Description: Strathfield Council is seeking expressions of interest to Licence the office space at 1/29-35 Burlington Road, Homebush NSW 2140 to further support the Strathfield community with community assistance/information services and migrant resource support.

A detailed description of the requirements can be found in Council’s Request for EOI document.

Obtaining Documentation: EOI documents will be available from 25 July 2023 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: EOI may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield or by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: EOI submitted through by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: EOIs will be accepted up until 4.00pm on 4 August 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
