Expression of interest for a Community newspaper

Description: The EOI seeks to determine the level of interest in the market for a suitably qualified publisher to provide an independent newspaper to residents of the Strathfield LGA.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 1 March 2022 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield (preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 24 March 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
