PROPOSAL: Section 4.55 (8) Land & Environment Court Application for minor amendments to internal office fit-out (removing office fit-out & minor amendment to amenities); substitute 1 on grade dock for 2 recessed docks, increase internal freezer area, reduction of external awning, removal of cantilevered slab, minor amendment to on-site detention basin, minor amendment to warehouse racking layout.

The applicant The Trustee for AGIT Chullora Trust has a Section 4.55(8) Modification Application with the Land & Environment Court. Accordingly, under Section 4.65 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, the following should be noted:

• The original consent was to carry out demolition to part of existing structures, site preparation works, an extension of the existing warehouse, construction of a new warehouse and ancillary offices and operational use of proposed warehouses.

It should be noted that submissions will be made publicly available and may be referred to during the Court proceedings. Submissions should quote the DA reference number and Address at the top of this letter and be addressed to the General Manager and posted or sent by email to council@strathfield.nsw.gov.au before 5:00pm on 3 November 2023.

Please note that a person who makes a submission may also need to disclose reportable political donations and gifts made to a Councillor or employee of Council, as required by the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
