Hudson Park Driving Range is Strathfield LGA's most popular attraction and is regularly filled with golfers practicing their swings. The Range was renovated in 2022 with levelling the driving range and installation of synthetic grass and multi-coloured bunkers and greens.
These works were part of the wider transformation of Hudson Park, from an under-utilised golf course, to a green space with recreation facilities open to all the community.

The improvement work at Hudson Park Driving Range continues with an upgrade of the netting system. Stage One of the upgrade will include increasing the height of the poles along the right-hand side of the driving range to ensure balls do not go over the net and cause a safety hazard. Additionally, the ball washing and delivery system will be upgraded. Stage One will see the Driving Range closed Monday 21 October – Friday 15 November 2024.*
Stage Two will include the installation of new, tougher nets, that will decrease the likelihood of tears. Stage Two will begin in February 2025.*
Council apologises for the inconvenience and looks forward to bringing this improved attraction to the community.
