Wurridjal Festival - Cooks River Alliance

Friday 4 April - Weed Biological Control Field Day.

10am - 10.30am. Bushland Reserve (Corner of Hedges Avenue and Augusta Street, Strathfield). You’ll learn about the targeted weed species and the biocontrol insect. Simply show up on the day.

Saturday 5 April - Green and Golden Bell Frog Open Day.

10am - 1pm. 1 Bellfrog Street, Greenacre.

Meet & learn about the iconic Green and Golden Bell Frog. Simply show up on the day.

Tuesday 8 April - Nature Guided Walk by Aboriginal Heritage Office.

10am -11am. Ford Park, Strathfield South. Learn about the history of Aboriginal heritage sites and indigenous species. Limited to 20 people.

Sunday 6 April - Free Bike Check-and-Tune.

10am - 1pm. Ford Park, Strathfield South.

Book your bike in for a free check-up and tune. A bike mechanic from The Bower will inspect your bike and inform you if any repairs are needed.
