The Strathfield Council app ‘StrathfieldHub’ makes it easy for you to get things done 24 hours, 7 days a week. With this app you can request and track various services right from your phone or device.  You can even attach pictures to your requests making it easier for us to understand your needs while getting updates in real-time.

Services available on the app from 20 August 2024 include:

  • Report an Issue

You can also link your property details so you can see when your regular waste collection days are and when our clean-up collections are scheduled. You can even use the app to securely pay for venue and sportsfield hire with your credit card.

Please Note: Adding or editing addresses through this app does not update the mailing address for your council rates.

To change your mailing address for council rates, please use the “Change of Address” form located under the Forms tab on our website.

    The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Can I Use StrathfieldHub without a phone?
    Yes, you can use the app on a desktop computer. Follow the link on the website for more information.
  3. How do I set up the account?
    Download the app or log in from a desktop computer. Follow the prompts to sign up to create an account.
  4. I forgot my password, can I reset it?
    Yes, click on ‘Forgot password’ and follow the prompts to reset.
  5. What does StrathfieldHub allow me to do?
    StrathfieldHub is an online portal where you can lodge service requests, check the status of a request and book a waste collection. You can also add your property details for a calendar of regular waste collections.
  6. Who do I call if I am having issues?
    Please call our Customer Service team during business hours on 9748 9999.
  7. I don’t like using apps. How do I make a service request?
    You can still call Council on 9748 9999 or visit the Customer Service Centre to make requests.
