Description: Strathfield Council is undertaking a Masterplan for the Strathfield Town Centre. This is an important document that is intended to create a proactive platform for the future growth and enhancement of the Town Centre.
Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants to prepare the Masterplan for the Town Centre. It is expected that the Masterplan will explore and respond to the issues outlined in this EOI.
Obtaining Documentation: EOI documents will be available from 24 September 2024 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield
Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield or
By post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.
Note: Tenders submitted through by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 4.00pm on 21 October 2024.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
